E Pound: Doria

Doria

BE in me as the eternal moods
of the bleak wind, and not
As transient things are—
        gaiety of flowers.
Have me in the strong loneliness
        of sunless cliffs
And of gray waters.
Let the gods speak softly of us
In days hereafter,
the shadowy flowers of Orcus (LatinOrcus) was a god of the underworld,
Remember thee.

The first word of the poem is empathized by writing  it in capital letters . It might suggest that he was asking the question if I were in the eternal moods. The  speaker is talking about his desperation and the way that he would feel which is unlike flowers and how they live and die and feel no pain. He would be a very lonely person (sunless cliffs and dark waters)

Yassine. I don't really understand this poem and I couldn't find any resources online for it .
